Set in a very strict futuristic USA, year 2017. John Henry Brennick and his wife are expecting a second child. In that year there is a very strict one child policy. The couple try again as their first child died at child-birth. Unfortunately they are caught and sent to a maximum security prison owned by a private company the MenTel Corporation.

The prison has some very strange rules, he is not allowed to dream in his sleep, he is tortured by the sadistic director and the unborn child is not the property of the MenTel Corporation.

Sequel to the 1992 original. Here we see John Brennick as the former leader of the Resistance and a constant headache for the Men-Tel Corpotation. After escaping in the first movie from the Men-Tel Corporation high tech prison we find him 10 years later.

Now he lives in the woods with some horses and with his illegal child. The resistance try and get him to rejoin, but soon after he finds himself sent to Men Tel's brand new prison. This new prison is orbiting the Earth. Here there is obviously no possible escape.

This second movie is quite predictable and the ending is terrible. Tension rises during the prison rebellion and after a very short airlock scene we find Brennick back at home. It really spoils the whole film.
